I am a licensed psychologist in Indiana and have been in private practice since 2002. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults through secure telehealth.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other circumstances that can leave people feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we work toward understanding what contributes to your distress, developing more effective ways to navigate it, and moving toward the goals that matter to you.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. I am also authorized through PSYPACT to provide telepsychology services to clients located in participating states. Because participating states may change, current PSYPACT coverage can be found at psypact.org.

Therapy may be brief and focused on a particular concern, or involve longer-term work, depending on your needs and goals.
